Conditions of Sale and copyright

Articles and pictures can be downloaded for personal use in the form in which they are proposed. It is prohibited to use the articles and the visual material for commercial purposes or to use images or other for translation, publication and so on, except with specific written consent of “BATTLASTRA FV”. It is not allowed to treat text or pictures or to remove the watermark.

All published images of which “BATTLASTRA FV” does not own the copyright, are shown with a watermark, but are not for sale. “BATTLASTRA FV” does everything to identify the authors of the images, and the authors are mentioned, unless an author explicitly calls for not doing so. When the author is unknown, the source is indicated when authorized. If you see a photograph of which the origin is doubtful and you think that the copyright is adversely affected, please pass this on to us by email. In case of doubt, the photograph will be removed.

The pictures shown and made by the staff of “BATTLASTRA FV” or whose copyright has been acquired, may be bought for personal purposes. The price and the format are set out next to the photograph. The photographs are characterized by a unique number, used as reference for orders. After the purchase, a file with a link to download the picture is sent. That picture will only have a discretely printed watermark '© battilastra' at the bottom right of the photograph.
Payment can be done securely through the various ways PayPal offers. After “BATTLASTRA FV” has received confirmation of the payment, the link to the photograph is automatically transmitted to the given email address.
BE0823.863.065 is a small company exempt from taxation. VAT non applicable.

Anyone who wishes to use articles or pictures for professional, commercial or non-personal purposes may contact “BATTLASTRA FV” in order to discuss the conditions. It is also possible to acquire not published photographs. In this case, again, please contact “BATTLASTRA FV” by email.
